  • The maximum size of the Board will not exceed 17 members. The term of office of each Director shall be no longer than three (3) years. A Director may serve a maximum of
    two (2) three (3) year terms for a total of six (6) years. Members are seated at the annual meeting in September or during a special meeting of the Directors. The Board of Directors meet quarterly. Directors are compensated on a quarterly basis.
